Refund & Returns Policy

At Monlando, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
   •    Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
   •    Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
   •    Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, sleepwear that has been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
